[Google Play] What’s your refund policy?

If you've made a purchase on Google Play and wish to request a refund, please note the following conditions and steps:


Eligibility for Refunds:

You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the item meets these conditions:

1. Unused Item: The purchased item has not been used.

2. Non-activation Item: The purchased item has been been immediately activated upon purchase.

3. Unopened Item: The purchasd item has not been manually opened.


How to Request a Refund:

To initiate a refund request, provide the following details:

- UID (Player ID):

- Purchase Date:

- Item Name:

- Receipt No.: (e.g., GPA.0000-0000-0000-00000)

(You can find your UID in Menu > Settings.)

- How to Find Receipt No.: Go to [https://pay.google.com/pay/u/0/home]
