What do I do if I didn’t get my purchase?

Didn't Receive Your Purchase? Here's What to Do:

Usually, transactions are instant, but in rare cases, delays can occur due to slow network connections or system errors. If you encounter this issue, follow these instructions to resolve it. Please note that your purchase may take up to 24 hours to become available.


Temporary Fix for Unreceived Purchases:

1. Fully close the [Dragon Knights: Idle RPG] app and then reopen it.

2. Navigate to the [Shop] section, and at the bottom, select [Restore Purchased Item].


If the issue persists even after trying the steps described above, please submit a ticket to our Customer Support team.

Include the following information to help us assist you:

- UID (Player ID):

- Purchase Date:

- Item Name:

- Purchase Receipt:
